September 11, 2007 Drug trafficker sentenced to 15 years prison State Attorney Steve Meadows announces the sentencing, to 15 years in prison, in Bay County Circuit Court, of Lonnie Ramey for Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession of Cannabis. Ramey, BM, DOB:9-28-1968, 1507 Pennsylvania Avenue, Lynn Haven, was convicted, at trial, on July 20, 2007. He was found to be in possession of more than 28 grams of cocaine on February 17, 2006. Ramey was also declared to be a Habitual Offender. There is a minimum mandatory three years as a part of the sentence. Florida law requires that an inmate serve at least 85 per cent of his sentence. |
